Our experienced staff can help you with airline claims as well as any other damage that needs to be repaired.

Warranties from luggage companies can often be misleading. They generally do not cover normal wear & tear or damage caused by handlers. Because of this and the fact that airlines take very little responsibility in looking after things they do damage, we offer our customers "Repair Bucks". If the bag bought from us is ever in need of fixing, bring it in with the repair bucks and if the damage is not covered by warranty or the airlines, these bucks can be used toward the cost of repair.
